Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated. During new releases, restocks, or holidays, processing times may be longer due to increased order volume.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 2–7 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, customs, weather, or other delays outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately before your order ships.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Pre-Orders

Items marked as pre-orders will ship within the estimated timeframe listed on the product page. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order may be shipped together unless otherwise stated.
